  1. Every call we will remove any LIMITING BELIEFS that you have about your body and your ability to gently release the weight you desire.
  2. Next we tackle your FOOD CRAVINGS! Everyone has food cravings – the goal is to get rid of the ones that are causing you the most amount of weight gain.
  3. Whatever RESISTANCE comes up for you needs to be removed during each session.
    • Are you resistant to exercise?
    • Do you have excuses why you have certain foods in your home?
    • Prepared to reduce/release the amount of non-nutritious food aka junk food in your home?
    • Ready to drink at least 1 litre of cold water per day, and preferably before meals?
  4. We can address each OTHER TRAPPED EMOTIONS that come up for you during the sessions.
  5. You will be taught how to have a MINDFUL CONVERSATION with yourself about the food choices you are making. In the moment before you choose you will hear me (in your head) asking you to use the new  Law of Attraction mantra you learned.
  6. You will learn how to CELEBRATE YOUR SUCCESS regardless of how small you think it is!
  7. Expressing GRATITUDE will be part of your daily weight release plan.

DURING THE PROGRAM:

During the 4 weeks there will be private videos that you can watch at any time to help you through the program. They will be informative and inspirational to keep you focused on your goal.
